The ECHA has announced new public consultation on 15 potential substances of SVHC. Interested parties are welcome to comment on these 15 substances within the next 45 days: by 15 Oct. 2009. The comments will be taken into account when deciding whether the substances will be added to the Candidate List for authorization.
欧洲化学局（ECHA）公布了新的 15 种化学物质进行有关 SVHC 的公众咨询。有兴趣的团体可以在公布后的 45 天内：即 2009 年 10 月 15 号前提出意见。这些意见将会被纳入考虑是否将这 15 种物质收录到需要授权的候选列表（Candidate List）中。
